Before we can change the world, God must change us.
The Bible says in Psalm 119:11 (NASB):
“Your word I have treasured in my heart, That I may not sin against You.”
We are committed to:
- Daily intake of Scripture
- Sound biblical teaching
- Personal holiness
- Spiritual growth and maturity
God’s Word is not just heard — it is planted. It shapes our thinking, our speech, and our actions.
Inward means transformation.
OUTWARD – Bringing God’s Word to the World
What God does in us must flow through us.
In Matthew 28:19–20 (NASB), Jesus commands:
“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations…”
We believe the church is not called to stay inside the walls. We are called to:
- Evangelize our community
- Serve the hurting
- Show practical love
- Be witnesses in Lebanon and beyond
The Gospel is too powerful to keep to ourselves.
Outward means mission.
UPWARD – Sending Prayers for the Lost and Hurting
Everything we do flows from prayer.
In 1 Timothy 2:1 (NASB), Paul writes:
“First of all, then, I urge that requests, prayers, intercession, and thanksgiving be made on behalf of all people.”
We lift up:
- The lost
- The broken
- The addicted
- The discouraged
- Our city and leadership
Prayer is not a side ministry — it is the engine of the church.
Upward means dependence.

Biblical Authority
We stand firmly on the Word of God as our final authority for faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16–17 NASB).
Spirit-Led Worship
We believe in passionate praise and worship and the active work of the Holy Spirit in our services (John 4:24 NASB).
Prayer First
We prioritize prayer in everything we do, believing that God moves when His people seek Him (2 Chronicles 7:14 NASB).
Generosity & Stewardship
We honor God with our tithes and offerings and steward resources to advance His Kingdom (Malachi 3:10 NASB).
Community Impact
We are committed to meeting practical needs in our city and surrounding region through love in action (Matthew 25:35–40 NASB).

The Church of God believes the whole Bible to be completely and equally inspired and that it is the written Word of God. The Church of God has adopted the following Declaration of Faith as its standard and official expression of its doctrine.

Meet the Pastors of Abundant Life
Bishop Gregg and Sierra Ertle
Bishop Gregg Ertle and his wife, Sierra Ertle, have faithfully served in ministry together for more than 15 years, dedicating their lives to sharing the Gospel and strengthening the local church. They are the proud parents of three daughters—Natalie, Laci, and Ellie—who are a constant source of joy and inspiration in their lives and ministry.
Gregg and Sierra began their ministry journey as youth leaders at a church in Springfield, Vermont, where they developed a deep passion for discipling the next generation. Their heart for people and commitment to serving the Lord led them to Claremont, where they served as Associate Pastors, helping to build and support the church body through preaching, teaching, and pastoral care.
For the past six years, Bishop Gregg and Sierra have served as the Senior Pastors of Abundant Life, where their vision centers on revival, community outreach, and seeing lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. Their hearts are deeply committed to their community, with a strong emphasis on prayer, discipleship, and meeting practical needs alongside spiritual ones.
Together, they continue to lead with faith, compassion, and a passion to see individuals and families grow in their relationship with God and walk in the abundant life He has promised.
Pastor Rebecca and Tyler Courtemanche
Pastor Rebecca and Tyler Courtemanche serve faithfully as the Youth Pastors and have been dedicated members of our church leadership for the past three years. With a deep passion for the next generation, they are committed to discipling young people, helping them grow in their relationship with Christ, and equipping them to walk boldly in their faith.
Together, they lead with authenticity, compassion, and a genuine love for students and families. They are blessed with three wonderful children — Kaelyn, Coen, and Lana — who are the joy of their lives and a central part of their ministry journey.
As a family, the Courtemanches value faith, integrity, and building strong relationships within the church and community. Through their leadership and servant hearts, they continue to make a lasting impact on our youth and congregation.
